HOW TO REMAIN HEALTHY & FIT FOR 100 YEARS

Hello Friends,
Today I want to tell some valuable information which may change your life. This information is not collected from any books. This is my own experience. I am 51 years old and fit still now. I have no disease and not taking any medicine. If you go to any hospital you shall find lots of patients visiting the doctors. Lots of money is spend for treatment. If you are suffering from diabetic, blood pressure, thyroid, ulcerative colitis, gas, pain, etc. you have to take medicine life long. This somehow maintain your body but slowly effect other organ. You have actually no option but to take medicine on regular basis as per doctors advice.

Now I want to say, how you can live healthy life. At childhood time, my father get me up early in the morning & take me to go for morning walk. He taught me to maintain some routine. Here I want to discuss some valuable information as taught by my father. You should also maintain your health and teach your children to do so. Here I am sharing my experience.

1.  Rise early in the morning. (4 A.M. to 5 A.M.)

2.  Take 1 glass of warm water, gurgle it and drink. Remember to take before brushing your teeth.

3.  Now go for a morning walk for minimum half an hour.

4. Brush your teeth.

5.  Take two glass of warm water. You can mix lime juice to your taste.

6.  Go to toilet. If you don't get, do some light exercise such as skipping.

7.  After going to toilet, take a  glass of water.

8.  Do some exercise for atleast half an hour.

9.  After finishing you exercise, take brekfast after 15 minutes.

10.  Now you can do your duty.

11.  Take your lunch between 12.30 P.M. to 2 P.M.

12.  If you have time, you should do evening walk for minimum half an hour.

13.  Do some exercise in between 8 P.M. to 8.30 P.M.

14.  Go to sleep before 10 P.M. Before going to sleep you must brush your teeth.

Now I am going in detail one by one from step 1 to step 14 as mentioned above.
Step No 1.
You knows perhaps, to rise early is going to help you in many ways.

A) You get fresh air which refresh you whole day. You can go for morning walk and do some exercise at  home. Don't get up suddenly from bed. Before getting up from bed, sit for at least 30 seconds on bed and then stand up for 15 seconds. After that walk slowly at first and increase your momentum. Now I shall describe, why I am saying so. The reason behind that is, when we are sleeping at night, our body is in full rest and our brain has insufficient blood. When we wake up and suddenly walk, we may collapse. Mostly old person category may have happen.


Step No 2

In step 2, I have mentioned to take warm water before brushing. Before drinking warm water, keep water in the mouth for 15 seconds and move water up and down, left and right and then swallow it. I shall discuss in detail about benefits of drinking water just after awake up from bed and before brushing in the morning in my next post.

Step No 3
You should wake up early in the morning in between 4 A.M. to 5 A.M. and follow step 1 & 2. We get fresh air in the morning. Only rising early in the morning is beneficial for health. Then you should go for walk for least 3 kilometer. In between you can try for jogging.

Step No. 4
You should brush your teeth every morning. You should know how to brush. You should move your brush up & down, not left & right. Brush bristle should not be very hard. You should change your brush every month. Weekly you should brush with your fingers using powder and also rub your gump using your fingers.

Step No. 5

Why you should take warm water. Warm water helps to pass stools. Here I want to say that every morning you should try to evacuate your stools. This shall make you fresh all day.

Hello friends,
Do you rise early in the morning,if not you are doing mistake. In the morning fresh air is available which refresh all day long. You can take a walk which is good for health.

My Fittness

Hello dear, I want to share on thing which I think very important for every person. There are three basic needs of life i.e. food, cloth, house. To maintain this we need money. To earn money we should engage ourselves in work. To work properly we should have a sound health which everyone neglect. I have seen that 99% people are not aware of thier healthcare.
